Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive investment strategies for high-net-worth clients targeting luxury properties in South Florida
- Conduct in-depth market analysis using proprietary data platforms to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Lead complex negotiations and transactions exceeding $5M in value across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, developers, and key industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior agents while maintaining a personal portfolio of 15-20 active clients
- Oversee property valuation models and risk assessment frameworks for investment portfolios
- Create bespoke investment presentations leveraging virtual staging and 3D visualization technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA or CFA designation preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury real estate investment or commercial property sales
- Proven track record of closing transactions exceeding $10M annually
- Expertise in South Florida property markets, zoning laws, and development trends
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics tools (CoStar, REIS, or equivalent)
- Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
- Professional certification (CRS, CCIM, or RMA) required
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex investment concepts
