Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial viability of commercial/residential real estate projects
- Develop sophisticated investment models (DCF, ROI, IRR) for $10M+ transactions
- Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions and development ventures
- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and partners
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams of brokers, attorneys, and architects
- Track competitor activities and emerging market disruptors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Expertise in South Florida market dynamics and regulatory landscape
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and financial modeling software
- CFA or CCIM designation highly advantageous
- Proven track record of $50M+ transaction execution
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong network of industry contacts and developers
