- Financial modeling & ROI analysis for luxury residential/commercial properties
- Market research identifying emerging neighborhoods with 20%+ YoY growth
- Due diligence coordination with legal teams on $10M+ transactions
- Portfolio optimization strategies using PropTech platforms like Yardi and Prologis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Real Estate Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years commercial/residential investment analysis experience

- Active Florida Real Estate Broker license preferred

- CFA/CCIM designation or equivalent certification
