Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial metrics to identify profitable real estate investments
- Create detailed investment models and ROI projections for commercial/residential properties
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions including zoning compliance and feasibility studies
- Develop strategic partnerships with developers, brokers, and institutional investors
- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams for property acquisitions and divestitures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Argus, Yardi)
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Deep knowledge of Miami-Dade real estate market dynamics
- Proven track record of closing $5M+ transactions
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
