Responsibilities
- Manage high-value property listings ($5M+) with exclusive marketing strategies
- Cultivate relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Lead complex negotiations for residential and commercial properties
- Analyze market trends to position properties competitively
- Coordinate with legal teams, architects, and interior designers
- Maintain CRM database and track transaction pipeline
- Train junior brokers on luxury sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years of high-end real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of $50M+ annual transaction volume
- NYC real estate license (Sponsorship available)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan luxury market dynamics
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
