Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and ROI projections for residential/commercial assets
- Create detailed investment memos and financial models using Argus and Excel
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions including site inspections and title reviews
- Develop strategic partnerships with developers, brokers, and institutional investors
- Present investment opportunities to executive stakeholders and steering committees
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and acquisitions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate analysis experience
- Expertise in Argus software and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record of successful deal closings ($50M+ transactions)
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate regulations and zoning laws
- Relevant real estate finance certifications (CCIM, CFA preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker license
