Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial performance of luxury real estate assets across Manhattan and surrounding boroughs
- Build complex financial models (DCF, cap rate analysis, ROI projections) for commercial and residential properties
- Conduct competitive property valuations and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive committee review
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators and regulatory changes affecting real estate markets
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to identify new investment opportunities
- Manage relationships with institutional investors and high-net-worth clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA or MSRE preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience in NYC market
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling software
- Proven track record of successful property valuation and due diligence
- Deep understanding of Manhattan real estate market dynamics and zoning regulations
- CFA designation or equivalent real estate certification (CCIM, SIOR) strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
