Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, cap rates, and ROI projections for residential/commercial properties across Miami-Dade and Broward counties
- Create financial models, cash flow projections, and investment memos for $5M+ property portfolios
- Conduct competitive intelligence and due diligence on emerging neighborhoods and development projects
- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments based on market shifts
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to structure optimal financing and exit strategies
- Maintain proprietary market database and lead predictive analytics initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis or brokerage experience
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel modeling, and market data platforms (Reis, CoStar)
- Proven track record of analyzing 50+ real estate transactions totaling $250M+
- Deep knowledge of Florida real estate regulations, zoning laws, and tax implications
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with machine learning applications in real estate valuation preferred
- Valid Florida Real Estate Broker license required
