Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and ROI analysis for commercial/residential properties
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive landscape analysis
- Develop investment strategies aligned with portfolio growth objectives
- Lead due diligence processes including title reviews and zoning compliance
- Present investment opportunities to executive stakeholders and acquisition committees
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and institutional partners
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Proven expertise in financial modeling (DCF, cap rates, IRR)
- Strong knowledge of NYC real estate market dynamics and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Argus, and market data platforms
- CRE or CFA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Track record of successful $50M+ transaction execution
