Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling and valuation analysis for commercial/residential properties
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive landscape analysis
- Prepare investment memoranda and executive presentations for institutional clients
- Lead due diligence processes including zoning review and feasibility studies
- Develop strategic investment recommendations aligned with portfolio objectives
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and capital partners
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling software
- Proven track record of closed transactions over $50M
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC real estate markets and regulations
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
