Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies for commercial/residential developments
- Build complex financial models (DCF, IRR, cap rates) for multi-million dollar transactions
- Lead due diligence processes including zoning compliance, title research, and environmental assessments
- Present investment opportunities to executive stakeholders and institutional investors
- Develop strategic positioning reports highlighting market trends and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to identify undervalued assets with high ROI potential
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting real estate investments in Texas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and advanced Excel modeling
- Track record of successful $50M+ transaction analysis
- Texas Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Deep understanding of Austin's commercial/residential market dynamics
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation highly valued
