Responsibilities
- Analyze luxury residential and commercial real estate assets using discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling and comparable sales data
- Develop comprehensive investment memorandums for institutional clients with 15%+ IRR projections
- Conduct due diligence on $10M+ property transactions including zoning compliance and market trend analysis
- Lead negotiations with high-net-worth individuals and family offices on complex real estate deals
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators and NYC luxury market shifts to optimize portfolio allocation
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining a personal pipeline of 3-5 active investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of real estate investment analysis experience with $5M+ transaction volume
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel with VBA modeling capabilities
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing luxury property deals in Manhattan
- CFA or CCIM designation preferred
- Deep network of relationships with NYC real estate brokers and developers
- Exceptional presentation skills for pitching to ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics from Tier 1 institution
