Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and feasibility studies for multi-million dollar commercial properties
- Analyze market trends, cap rates, and ROI projections across Manhattan's luxury and mixed-use sectors
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for executive committee review
- Lead due diligence processes including zoning analysis, environmental assessments, and tenant mix optimization
- Develop proprietary valuation models incorporating NYC-specific regulatory frameworks
- Manage relationships with institutional partners and capital sources
- Mentor junior analysts and drive innovation in our analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience in Tier 1 markets
- Expert proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and advanced Excel modeling
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning codes and development regulations
- Proven track record of closing $50M+ investment transactions
- Advanced degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Urban Planning from a top-tier institution
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience pitching to institutional investors
