Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies for luxury residential/commercial properties
- Develop sophisticated financial models (DCF, cap rates, ROI projections) for investment opportunities
- Lead due diligence processes including property inspections, title reviews, and zoning compliance
- Create compelling investment presentations for high-net-worth clients and institutional partners
- Monitor emerging market trends and regulatory changes affecting South Florida real estate
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to identify undervalued assets with growth potential
- Manage portfolio performance metrics and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and real estate valuation software
- Proven track record of successful $10M+ property transactions
- Deep knowledge of Miami-Dade County real estate regulations and market dynamics
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex financial concepts
- Valid Florida Real Estate Broker license required
- Experience with international capital markets and cross-border investments
