Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities across NYC metropolitan area
- Develop detailed financial models for acquisitions, developments, and repositioning projects
- Prepare investment memoranda and executive presentations for institutional clients
- Conduct due diligence on physical assets, zoning regulations, and market comparables
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Lead cross-functional teams including brokers, attorneys, and architects
- Stay current with regulatory changes impacting real estate investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Real Estate Finance, Business, or quantitative field
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Proven expertise in NYC property valuation and market dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and real estate analytics platforms
- Series 7 and/or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Track record of closing $50M+ transactions
- Deep network of industry contacts and institutional relationships
