Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and feasibility studies for commercial/residential developments
- Analyze market trends, cap rates, and ROI projections across Manhattan boroughs
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for institutional partners
- Manage due diligence processes including property inspections and title reviews
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for luxury property acquisitions
- Collaborate with legal teams on transaction structuring and compliance
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment experience
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market data platforms
- Proven track record in Manhattan market transactions >$50M
- CRE designation (CCIM, CFA, or similar) strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Strong network of institutional investor relationships
