Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling (DCF, IRR, cap rates) for commercial property acquisitions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes in NYC's commercial sector
- Prepare investment memorandums and due diligence reports for institutional clients
- Collaborate with legal and development teams on transaction structuring
- Manage relationships with property owners and investment partners
- Lead valuation studies for mixed-use and office portfolios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in commercial real estate investment analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market data platforms
- Series 63/86/87 licenses required
- Proven track record of $50M+ transaction execution
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and development regulations
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
