Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and feasibility studies for $50M+ real estate portfolios
- Analyze market trends, zoning regulations, and ROI projections across Austin metropolitan area
- Lead due diligence processes for property acquisitions and development opportunities
- Develop investment strategies incorporating ESG metrics and sustainable design principles
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to identify off-market opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record in Austin or Texas real estate markets
- CCIM or RPA designation strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of capital markets and debt/equity structures
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
