Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and ROI projections for high-value real estate assets
- Develop comprehensive financial models and investment memos for institutional clients
- Lead due diligence processes including zoning compliance, environmental assessments, and title reviews
- Present investment opportunities to stakeholders through data-driven presentations and reports
- Negotiate transaction terms and coordinate with legal teams for seamless closings
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis or brokerage experience
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market analytics tools
- Proven track record in $10M+ property transactions or fund acquisitions
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate regulations and market dynamics
- CCIM or RPA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
