Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and ROI analysis for residential/commercial properties
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across Miami-Dade County
- Develop investment memos and presentations for executive review
- Coordinate with acquisition teams during due diligence processes
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Leverage PropTech tools for data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Real Estate/Economics (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years commercial real estate investment experience
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate regulations and tax incentives
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
- Proven track record in multi-million dollar transaction analysis
