Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and ROI projections for commercial/residential developments
- Build financial models and investment proposals for $50M+ portfolios
- Lead due diligence processes including zoning compliance and environmental assessments
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to negotiate complex purchase agreements
- Present investment strategies to executive stakeholders and institutional partners
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting real estate investment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market analytics tools
- Proven track record of closing $10M+ property transactions
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate regulations and tax structures
- Master's degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics, or MBA preferred
- CRE designation or CFA charter holder highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation skills and stakeholder management experience
