Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and financial modeling for commercial/residential properties
- Develop investment strategies and ROI projections for $50M+ portfolios
- Lead due diligence processes including zoning analysis and feasibility studies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting NYC real estate
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and municipal authorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial appraisal
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and real estate valuation software
- Master's degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics, or related field
- CCIM or MAI designation preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and development regulations
- Proven track record of successful commercial property acquisitions
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
