Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial viability of commercial/ residential properties
- Create detailed investment models and cash flow projections
- Conduct site evaluations and due diligence investigations
- Develop investment memorandums for executive review
- Collaborate with acquisitions team on deal structuring
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Present findings to stakeholders using advanced visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of Texas real estate regulations
- CFA or CCIM designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Proven track record in deal execution
- Texas Real Estate Broker license required
