Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive financial models and investment memos for institutional clients
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and dispositions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders via compelling data visualizations
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging neighborhood opportunities
- Collaborate with brokers, attorneys, and property managers on transaction execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial banking
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market analytics tools
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and property tax structures
- Proven track record of successful commercial property acquisitions
- Excellent communication skills for complex stakeholder presentations
