Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial performance of commercial/residential properties
- Develop comprehensive investment models and ROI projections
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and development sites
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through data visualizations
- Manage relationships with property owners, developers, and financial partners
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market analytics platforms
- Proven track record in commercial property valuation and investment modeling
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate regulations and zoning laws
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- CFA or CCIM designation highly desirable
