- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and institutional partners

Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Proven track record with $10M+ property transactions
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and financial modeling software
- Deep knowledge of Miami-Dade real estate regulations and zoning laws
- CFA or CCIM designation preferred
