Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and feasibility studies for luxury commercial properties
- Build complex financial models and investment projections for multi-million dollar deals
- Perform competitive property valuations using comparable sales and income approaches
- Lead due diligence processes including zoning analysis and regulatory compliance
- Develop compelling investment presentations for institutional partners
- Identify emerging market trends and investment opportunities in NYC boroughs
- Coordinate with legal, brokerage, and development teams throughout transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling software
- Proven track record of closed deals over $50M value
- CRE designation (CCIM or RPA) strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and property regulations
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex data
- Strong network of industry contacts including brokers and developers
