Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial and luxury residential real estate opportunities across South Florida
- Build complex financial models (DCF, comparables, feasibility studies) for $10M+ deals
- Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions, zoning, and regulatory compliance
- Present investment recommendations to executive committee and investors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and institutional investors
- Mentor junior analysts and refine investment frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Proven track record in South Florida market (Miami/Dade/Broward)
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market analytics platforms
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio of closed deals $5M+ value
- Valid Florida Real Estate license
