Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial modeling for commercial real estate acquisitions
- Analyze property valuation metrics, cap rates, and ROI projections across multi-family and mixed-use assets
- Develop investment memorandums and due diligence reports for institutional partners
- Collaborate with acquisitions team on deal structuring and negotiation strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees
Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial real estate investment analysis or brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market data platforms
- Proven track record in Austin or Texas commercial real estate markets
- Strong financial modeling skills with ability to build complex valuation models
- CFA or CCIM designation preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to stakeholders
- Experience with multi-family and mixed-use property types
