Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial metrics to identify high-value investment opportunities in Miami's commercial/residential sectors
- Build sophisticated financial models for cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and risk assessment
- Lead due diligence processes including property inspections, title reviews, and zoning compliance verification
- Develop compelling investment presentations for institutional clients and private equity partners
- Negotiate complex acquisition terms and structure innovative financing solutions
- Maintain proprietary database of 2,000+ Miami properties with real-time valuation tracking
- Mentor junior analysts while developing new quantitative analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate Economics, or quantitative field (MBA/CFA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis with $100M+ transaction volume
- Expert proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and advanced Excel modeling (VBA macros)
- Proven track record of delivering 20%+ annualized returns on mixed-use developments
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Deep understanding of Miami's zoning laws and development incentive programs
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex data to C-suite executives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful value-add property turnarounds
