Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling & valuation for commercial/residential properties
- Analyze market trends & demographic shifts in NYC boroughs
- Develop investment memos for $50M+ property portfolios
- Collaborate with acquisition teams on due diligence processes
- Present findings to C-suite executives & investment committees
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting real estate markets
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and lenders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Proven track record in Manhattan property transactions
- Expert knowledge of NYC zoning regulations & tax structures
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
