Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and property valuations to identify high-potential investment opportunities in South Florida's competitive landscape
- Develop comprehensive financial models and ROI projections for commercial and residential properties
- Present investment strategies to high-net-worth clients and institutional investors
- Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions, including zoning compliance and risk assessment
- Forge strategic partnerships with local developers and property management firms
- Leverage proprietary data platforms to forecast market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business with 5+ years of property investment analysis experience
- Proven track record in South Florida real estate market with transaction history
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling software (Argus, Prologis) and market analytics tools
- Strong network of industry connections including developers, investors, and institutional clients
- CFI or CCIM designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with minimum $5M+ transaction experience
- Deep understanding of Miami-specific zoning laws and development regulations
