Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities across Manhattan's commercial real estate sector
- Develop sophisticated financial models (DCF, cap rate analysis) and investment memos for $50M+ portfolios
- Lead due diligence processes including site inspections, title reviews, and zoning compliance assessments
- Present investment strategies to executive stakeholders and institutional investors
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to identify off-market opportunities and value-add strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis or brokerage experience
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and commercial real estate valuation software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Track record of closed commercial transactions exceeding $25M
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and market dynamics
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex financial concepts
- CRE designation or equivalent professional certification required
