Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies for new acquisitions
- Build complex financial models (DCF, IRR, Cap Rate) for multi-million dollar investments
- Perform due diligence on property valuations, zoning compliance, and market trends
- Develop investment memorandums and presentations for executive review
- Collaborate with acquisition team to negotiate purchase terms and contracts
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial real estate
- Expert proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling software
- Proven track record in South Florida market analysis
- Strong understanding of REITs, private equity, and debt financing structures
- CFA or CCIM designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations
