- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for executive review and approval
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to structure and negotiate complex real estate transactions
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in real estate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial real estate investment analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Argus, Excel, Prolog)
- Deep understanding of Toronto/Ontario real estate market dynamics
- Proven track record of successful deal execution and portfolio management
