You'll transform complex market data into actionable investment strategies while managing a $50M portfolio of mixed-use developments and office spaces.

Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial real estate markets using advanced financial modeling and geographic information systems (GIS)
- Lead due diligence processes for multi-million dollar property acquisitions across Texas
- Develop investment memoranda highlighting ROI projections and risk assessments
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, REITs, and high-net-worth clients
- Coordinate with legal teams on transaction structuring and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining personal deal-closing targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate investment analysis
- Expert proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Proforma modeling software
- Track record of closing $10M+ property transactions
- CRE designation (CCIM, MAI, or RPA) required
- Deep understanding of Austin's commercial real estate market dynamics
- Strong presentation skills for pitching to investment committees
