Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on commercial & residential properties across Manhattan borough
- Build sophisticated financial models for cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and risk assessment
- Identify emerging market trends and investment opportunities through proprietary data platforms
- Present investment recommendations to executive committee with compelling visual narratives
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and institutional investors
- Lead cross-functional teams in transaction execution from LOI to closing
- Monitor portfolio performance and optimize asset allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage (Manhattan focus essential)
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling with VBA expertise
- Proven track record in structulating $50M+ commercial transactions
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and development regulations
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify off-market opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
