Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment analysis
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, ARGUS, Bloomberg Terminal)
- Proven track record in property valuation and market research
- Strong knowledge of NYC real estate market dynamics
- Valid New York State real estate license
