Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial metrics to identify investment opportunities across NYC's five boroughs
- Build complex valuation models for residential/commercial properties using Argus and Excel
- Conduct due diligence on acquisitions, including market studies and risk assessments
- Present investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and property management partners
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in real estate investment analysis or commercial brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and market data platforms (CoStar, REIS)
- Proven track record of successful commercial/residential transactions ($10M+)
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning laws and development regulations
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
- Valid New York State Real Estate License required
- Experience with institutional fundraising a plus
