Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate development projects from site acquisition to final delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial models, including pro forma analysis, to ensure project profitability and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and city planners to ensure compliance with local zoning laws and building codes.
- Oversee the negotiation of contracts, leases, and partnership agreements with vendors and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key investors, lenders, and government officials.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or brokerage.
- Valid Real Estate License in California (required).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, valuation methods, and capital markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
