Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage a high-net-worth portfolio of clients, conducting in-depth market analysis to understand their specific needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial viewings and valuations to negotiations, contracts, and the final handover.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to position properties effectively within the competitive London market.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain detailed records of client interactions and track pipeline activity.
- Conduct professional property valuations and prepare detailed sales packs to maximize property appeal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solicitors, surveyors, and other industry professionals.
- Stay abreast of current market trends, legislation, and new developments in the Greater London area.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid RICS membership or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the UK.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong network of local contacts and a deep understanding of the London geography.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
