Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a high-value portfolio of residential and commercial clients in NYC.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to advise clients on investment opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Represent Apex Premier Realty at exclusive open houses, networking events, and community engagements.
- Mentor and train junior brokers and agents to elevate team performance.
- Negotiate complex contracts and navigate regulatory compliance with precision.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain detailed client records.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the NYC luxury real estate market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and industry contacts.
- Expert knowledge of local zoning laws, building regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., MLS, Salesforce, CRM platforms).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
