Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth comparative market analysis (CMA) and financial modeling to determine property valuations and investment potential.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-net-worth clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Deal Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, from initial consultation and negotiation to closing and post-sale delivery.
- Asset Management: Oversee property portfolios for investors, ensuring optimal performance and identifying value-add opportunities.
- Marketing & Branding: Create compelling listing presentations and digital marketing campaigns to showcase property value.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales or investment analysis, preferably in a metropolitan area.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid New York State Real Estate Broker’s License.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling software (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate complex deals effectively.
