Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions for premium properties ($1M+)
- Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive property valuations
- Lead property showings and negotiations with sophisticated buyers
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and architectural teams for complex deals
- Develop strategic marketing plans for luxury property listings
- Maintain CRM database with detailed client preferences and transaction history
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years experience in luxury real estate sales (Manhattan preferred)
- Proven track record closing $10M+ annual transaction volume
- Valid New York State Real Estate Broker license
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in property valuation methodologies
- Extensive network of high-net-worth individuals and institutional buyers
- Certification in luxury property marketing (e.g., CMB, CIPS)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
