Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide data-driven investment advice.
- Orchestrate high-end property listings, including professional staging, premium photography, and strategic media placement.
- Manage complex contract negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Represent the firm at exclusive industry events, networking functions, and property showcases.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and inspection teams to ensure seamless closing processes.
- Stay ahead of luxury market trends and regulatory shifts to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in residential luxury real estate.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar transactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional executive presence.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MLS, and high-end digital marketing platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Miami/South Florida luxury real estate landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
