Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth investors and buyers.
- Execute high-impact marketing strategies for luxury residential listings.
- Conduct private showings and provide bespoke concierge-level property tours.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements and contract terms to maximize client value.
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven investment advice to clients.
- Collaborate with interior designers, stagers, and photographers to enhance listing presentation.
- Mentor junior associates to ensure excellence in client service delivery.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven track record of success with a minimum of 5 years in luxury residential sales.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Polished professional presence and superior communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of Miami’s premium neighborhoods and economic landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate preferred.
