Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with HNW individual investors and property buyers.
- Manage end-to-end luxury property listings, from staging and marketing strategy to final closing.
- Conduct professional, private showings for premium waterfront and high-rise residences.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to source off-market opportunities.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements, lease terms, and contract contingencies.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and title professionals to ensure seamless transaction management.
- Represent the firm at industry networking events, galas, and luxury property showcases.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in residential luxury real estate.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar property transactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, executive demeanor.
- Deep knowledge of the Miami-Dade luxury real estate sub-markets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced performance-based environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Follow Up Boss) and luxury marketing digital tools.
