Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop strategic marketing plans for premium properties using virtual tours and drone photography
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven property valuation advice
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, and inspectors for seamless transactions
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to office growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven luxury real estate sales experience in premium markets
- Valid Florida Real Estate Broker license (active)
- Track record of $5M+ annual transaction volume
- Expertise in waterfront, condo, and luxury estate markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Top Producer, Lone Wolf)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong network of high-net-worth client connections
