- Coordinate with legal/financial teams for seamless closings
- Mentor junior agents on negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- Texas Real Estate Broker license (active)
- 5+ years luxury sales experience
- Proven $5M+ annual transaction volume
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Zillow, Realtor.com)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation preferred
- Strong local market knowledge (Central Texas)
