Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and property valuation for premium estates
- Lead property showings and virtual tours for international clientele
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, and escrow services for seamless transactions
- Implement strategic marketing plans for exclusive property listings

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of luxury real estate sales experience in premium markets
- Active California Real Estate Broker license
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual sales volume
- Exceptional negotiation and client management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Strong knowledge of luxury property trends and Beverly Hills market
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
